I called Cardinal Kia in Niagara Falls on a Saturday bc I was very interested in getting a Kia Carnival. It was my first call to inquire anywhere, as Cardinal is my local Kia Dealership. Little did I know how sought after Kia Carnivals are! I ended up speaking with Paul who was very straight forward and honest with me about the endeavor I was about to embark on. Paul willingly checked all avenues available to him, and also helped me set my expectations accordingly. I left my information with him and continued my search. Later on that same day I heard back from Paul. He was checking in to find out how my search was going. From there, he continued to be connected with me, and supporting me throughout my journey. He provided me with advice and was encouraging me to be cautious; giving me guidance so that I wasn't taken advantage of. I am very happy to report that I was able to find my Kia Carnival. There was much good luck and chance involved in my receiving it, and I definitely had to go outside of the area to do so. Nevertheless, I really appreciate Paul's support - even though he wasn't the person making the sale in the end. Between my experience with Kia at the dealership where I ended up making my purchase (about an hour away), and my experience with Paul, it seems Kia is about relationships, transparency and the human connection. We are SO happy with our new 2026 Kia Carnival EX, and while the proof will be in the pudding, based on my experience this last week, I have a good feeling about Kia; We are in good hands.

I purchased a KIA 2025 Sorento a few days ago. My salesperson was Kirk, and let me tell you about my experience dealing with him. He’s amazing, informative, very kind and has a heart of gold.
The second person I dealt with is the general manager and he was so humble and kind. He made everything easy, and quick for us.
Finally, Kirk seems to be very good person by heart, so in future I would my self or recommend to meet him if looking to have a new one.
I have owned many cars in my life, but none as wonderful as my new KIA K4. From the moment I entered dealership I was welcomed by Kirk and walked through the dealership as well as introduction to vehicle I was inquiring about. Within a short period, my decision was made and the finance department worked out a payment plan and even added some features. Big thanks to Durda! I will definitely be a returning customer.
