"I recently purchased a 2023 EV6 GT from Cardinal Kia, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
The staff were welcoming and very friendly, yet not overbearing, as I've come to expect from certain retail sales environments. Pre-purchase, I found the staff to be helpful and highly knowledgeable. Given that the GT is a brand new release, I was particularly impressed that they were able to answer my questions and address my concerns, especially when it came to available options.
I opted to lease this time, and my interactions with finance were amazing. The process was quick and easy, and I highly recommend it if leasing might be part of your plan.
The delivery was nothing short of incredible. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and adds relevant anecdotes to highlight the safety features, among other things. We spent almost two hours reviewing the features and he was ready to keep going. Unfortunately, I couldn't spare any more time but I'll be sure to check out the vehicle feature and instructional videos that he regularly posts to their youtube channel.
