"I have been a Kia customer for 5 years and have referred 7 friends to purchase Kias. I took my brand new kia here for service after my regular dealership couldn't find the problem. Tina in the service department was more than helpful. They diagnosed it and found that it had a faulty transmission. Tina went to great lengths to make sure that the replacement part was expedited and covered my rides to/from the dealership. I was really upset to find out that Kia Canada does not cover loaners or rentals when their in-warranty vehicles have faulty parts installed, and i was ready to throw in the towel and never buy another Kia again. When Tina learned that my sons birthday was on the weekend, she pulled a lot of strings to arrange a loaner for me. I didn't end up needing it because she went out of her way to make sure my car was done the same day the part came in. The staff here is so helpful and accommodating, I will definitely be going there for service from now on. Thank you Tina and the staff at Cardinal Kia!!"
