"I needed a car asap!!! Any kia location I called around my area and sadly the closest location which I can actually walk to wouldn't give me the time a day over the phone!!!! ): I was still calling around all the Kia locations looking for a certain model Forte Gt which as we know cars r a impossible find right now. I bought a brand new one in 2015 and it hasn't had any issues so i knew i wanted to stick with the same model. I finally found the perfect one and i was excited to find that out it was also the colour i wanted to it was at The Cardinal location. I Dealt with Sean Fowler over the phone and I'm telling u he has patience dealing with someone like me lol.I asked him every question possible about the car as it was a fair drive away and if he didn't know the answer offhand as the car was a new arrival there he would get the answer and call me right back. I knew this was the car for me and went after work to see it.My salesman Sean went over and beyond going over the car and took me for a test drive to show me how the lane and highway assist worked as this was one of the big differences between my original one, This was the main reason for upgrading.. When i went into The dealership to purchase the car i was welcomed by all the salesman and congratulated on my new purchase. Even the Manger Moe came out and shook my hand to congratulate me.It felt like a family oriented place on how they treated me. They were all so kind. I told them I didn't feel comfortable driving it home due to the long distance over an hour away when the car would be ready to leave, and they said no problem they would drop it off at my house. I was like WOW Now that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just like promised the car was delivered the following week by my sales person Sean and then again he spent at least half an hour in my driveway going over all the options and helping me set up my CarPlay. Sean made my whole buying experience better than I could ever imagine. I'm definitely a loyal customer of Kia and When the time comes to upgrade again I will not think twice going back to the Cardinal location.. The Forte is such a amazing car, i kept my 2015 and gave it to my son as it is still in amazing condition. This was Definitely the best experience ever purchasing a car.
