"I had a great experience at this dealership. After visiting quite a few other dealerships from Oakville to Niagara while looking at different vehicle options, my experience at Cardinal Kia stood out from the rest.

Paul (salesman) was great to work with and made the experience of acquiring a vehicle very smooth and straightforward. We met with him a couple of times (including during a snow storm) to look at both new and used options to see what worked best for us. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured at any point through this process and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Paul again.

Durda (financial) was so friendly and helpful through this process as well. I really appreciated in particular her going out of her way to respond to some time-sensitive e-mailed questions I had for her after hours. Much appreciated!!

Everyone else we interacted with (including the manager) was also very friendly. They also offered a very generous value for my trade in vehicle. Finally, as a bonus, they also have some free snacks available at their coffee station.
