Paul (salesman) was great to work with and made the experience of acquiring a vehicle very smooth and straightforward. We met with him a couple of times (including during a snow storm) to look at both new and used options to see what worked best for us. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured at any point through this process and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Paul again.
Durda (financial) was so friendly and helpful through this process as well. I really appreciated in particular her going out of her way to respond to some time-sensitive e-mailed questions I had for her after hours. Much appreciated!!
Everyone else we interacted with (including the manager) was also very friendly. They also offered a very generous value for my trade in vehicle. Finally, as a bonus, they also have some free snacks available at their coffee station.
