"If I could give more stars I would. I am so impressed by the team at Cardinal Kia and I am so happy with my purchase!! During these times, it’s very hard to find the car you want in a short amount of time. I had called every Kia from Mississauga to Niagara to find the car I wanted, and where they were not going to excessively charge “availability fees” (yes, these were the exact words given to me by another dealership) just because the car was on its way to the lot in the next few weeks. Every other dealership either tried to shove hidden fees under the carpet or didn’t want to help finding the right car, or both! When I called Cardinal Kia, they had actually just got my car in the night before and Majid was extremely helpful and helped me put a hold on it. Rana sent me the bill of sale the same day and 2 days later I went to pick it up! The process was so easy and I felt extremely comfortable and confident in my purchase, which is important for larger purchases like a new car! When I got to the dealership, Andrew gave me a very thorough tour of my new car and all of its features and Rana helped me finish up all of the paperwork. This team is amazing!! I am so grateful for all of your help and I am IN LOVE with my 2023 Kia Seltos!! I can’t stop finding excuses to go out and drive it!!
