"After having my 2020 Kia Soul totalled in an accident, my wife and I went to Cardinal Kia, in search of a replacement. They didn’t have many options on the lot but we talked to a sales rep,
Durda Falivena, and explained what happened, what we were looking for, and our new budget (as many know, you never get enough money to truly replace the vehicle you had from the insurance company) and within 24hrs, she contacted us with a really great option. We took it. It wasn’t a direct match, but it worked for us. Durda took a bad situation and turned it into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place and this sales person.

On a side note, the day we went to pick up the vehicle, it was fully detailed a second time, and the tank was full (a lot of other dealerships charge you $20 for gas and only put in $10)."
