"Just picked up a vehicle from Cardinal Kia yesterday afternoon. We were helped by Paul and Rana who were both fantastic! We had purchased a non-Kia used vehicle and Paul was very knowledgeable in that vehicle, which I found helpful (we had seen the same vehicle at another dealership where most of my questions weren't answered). He was friendly and accommodating in our schedule, which we really appreciated. Rana made the financing process real simple and took care of things for us. The entire process was quick and the overall experience was great! It was a 2 hour drive one way for us to get to this dealership, but Paul and Rana made that trip well worth it and we are so happy with our new car! Many thanks to the Cardinal Kia team! You guys really take care of your customers :)"
