"Love this dealership! Amazing staff - KIRK met me on the lot when I was looking at Vans, I am a mother of 2 younger children and he was so very patient, polite, kind, FUNNY and informative. It was an absolute joy dealing with Kirk. He has also been excellent with follow up.
I went to order a Carnival but the pre orders are so backed up the list has been stopped for the time being. By pure chance I found a stunning 2020 van on the Kia lot, low kms, priced VERY WELL; Kirk treated me and my high energy kids as if we were family and he really took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle and helped me to get the best deal possible for my own car to trade in. When I met the store manager about my trade in he was also the kindest man. Such an unbelievable staff at Cardinal Kia, and I mean this in a genuine way, not in a fake “car salesman” way. There was never any pressure or added sales tactics.
I absolutely hate new car shopping and making big decisions, this was an excellent experience ! I will definitely visit Kirk and the team in a year or two to trade in the van I purchased when new car production starts up again!!!
And just to give you perspective, in that same day I had previously visited Ford, dodge, and Honda. I had to physically seek out people to talk to at Ford and dodge, Honda tried really hard to sell me a new odyssey, Kia dealership was the only place where interaction felt natural and not forced."
