"I went to Kia Niagara Falls very grumpy but left with the biggest smile I’ve had. I’ve been looking for a vehicle for a long time and finally got a car with everything I wanted. Paul was super quick to come assist me when arriving there as well as finding my dream car. He was very nice and walked me through all my choices to make sure I got what I wanted. I had a amazing experience with Paul and other staff here! Very friendly team especially Rana, who was funny, amazing at her job and made me feel so comfortable. Overall I had a great experience with the process of purchasing my first car"
