Just bought a Kia Seltos last week from Cardinal Kia.
Amazing experience, the staff there are all knowledgeable and kindhearted!
Paul took care of my sale and was able to show me around some of the car options I wanted to look at. He explained to me the different features of each car and the differences between them, so I could try and get the best car for my lifestyle without overspending. He was knowledgeable about the options and was able to price out a few cars for me. I hadn’t intended to sign that day, and just wanted to look at options but I couldn’t say no to the offers they had made me. Majid the manager was kind and welcoming and assisted in exploring options for me. Rana, the finance manager was great at explaining the paperwork and knowledgeable about my options.
Paul was able to get me the car I was hoping for and I’ve loved the experience driving it so far! I know this car will only improve my explorer lifestyle!
During the pick up for the car, Paul went over all of the added features on options with me so that I could get the most out of my new ride.
Overall, very friendly staff who seem to genuinely want to get you the car you want, while at the same time, ensuring you don’t overspend. Highly recommend! And will send my family there for their new cars when the time comes!

I called Cardinal Kia in Niagara Falls on a Saturday bc I was very interested in getting a Kia Carnival. It was my first call to inquire anywhere, as Cardinal is my local Kia Dealership. Little did I know how sought after Kia Carnivals are! I ended up speaking with Paul who was very straight forward and honest with me about the endeavor I was about to embark on. Paul willingly checked all avenues available to him, and also helped me set my expectations accordingly. I left my information with him and continued my search. Later on that same day I heard back from Paul. He was checking in to find out how my search was going. From there, he continued to be connected with me, and supporting me throughout my journey. He provided me with advice and was encouraging me to be cautious; giving me guidance so that I wasn't taken advantage of. I am very happy to report that I was able to find my Kia Carnival. There was much good luck and chance involved in my receiving it, and I definitely had to go outside of the area to do so. Nevertheless, I really appreciate Paul's support - even though he wasn't the person making the sale in the end. Between my experience with Kia at the dealership where I ended up making my purchase (about an hour away), and my experience with Paul, it seems Kia is about relationships, transparency and the human connection. We are SO happy with our new 2026 Kia Carnival EX, and while the proof will be in the pudding, based on my experience this last week, I have a good feeling about Kia; We are in good hands.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience with the Kia K4!
I recently purchased a Kia K4 and couldn't be happier with both the car and the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.
When I first visited the dealership, I was actually ready to sign the deal — but I let my nerves get the better of me and walked away. It wasn’t an easy decision at the time, but looking back, I’m grateful I was never pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. That experience made me realize how trustworthy and respectful the team truly is.
A huge shoutout to Paul Sadowsky, my salesman, who was exceptional — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He walked me through every feature, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely confident in my decision when I did come back. His honest, no-pressure approach truly made all the difference.
I also want to thank Majid Sheikh, the General Sales Manager, who ensured the entire process went off without a hitch. He worked with me to get a great deal and his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out.
Durda Falivena, the Financial Services Manager at Kia, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire financing process. She clearly explained all available options, making sure every detail was understood and every question was answered with confidence. Her thorough understanding of the financial side of vehicle purchasing made the experience smooth and stress-free. Durda’s commitment to transparency and customer service truly stood out, leaving a lasting impression of trust and satisfaction.

I have owned many cars in my life, but none as wonderful as my new KIA K4. From the moment I entered dealership I was welcomed by Kirk and walked through the dealership as well as introduction to vehicle I was inquiring about.
