COVID-19 CARE PLAN - Closure

The health and safety of our customers and staff are at the forefront of our minds at Cardinal Kia. As COVID-19 continues to heighten concerns and awareness on a global level, Cardinal Kia continues to monitor the quickly changing information from Health Canada, Ontario Health, as well as the Provincial and Federal Governments.


The time has come for us to effect the most impactful change to our services. In an effort to flatten the curve and keep our community safe and healthy, Cardinal Kia has decided to temporarily close our doors effective Saturday March 28th at 5:00 pm, but will remain available for emergency vehicle needs only as they arise. We will reopen when the COVID-19 crisis is sufficiently under control, and will provide notice on our website and Facebook when that time comes.


·         DURING OUR COVID-19 CLOSURE - If you find yourself in a position where your current vehicle has stopped serving you and you are required to purchase a new one, we can provide an entirely virtual sales process on our website. ·         DURING OUR COVID-19 CLOSURE - If you find yourself requiring an emergency repair to your vehicle, we can work to get you the support you need in a timely manner.  Please call our Operations Manager, Matt Butcher, directly at 778-239-3991 for screening.

For those who do need to attend the dealership for an emergency service appointment during our COVID-19 closure, rest assured that we have implemented new procedural procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers and staff. Please continue reading for the safety measures Cardinal Kia continues to employ.

  

I REQUIRE AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT. IS IT SAFE TO VISIT THE DEALERSHIP?


  • We are diligently using medical grade cleaners to disinfect all counter tops, door handles,      chairs, payment terminals and work stations every hour or more. 
  • Every vehicle undergoes a disinfecting routine with medical grade cleaners before and after every service appointment, after each courtesy shuttle trip, as well as after every test drive.
  • All counter tops, pens and purchase transactions are disinfected after every customer.
  • Our staff is performing frequent hand washing and utilizing hand sanitization guidelines.

 

I AM IN URGENT NEED OF A NEW VEHICLE. ARE YOU OFFERING DELIVERY SERVICES?


  • Test Drive to your Door: If required, a member of our team will bring a specific vehicle to your home for a test drive. Simply submit a Test Drive Request for the vehicle of interest and a member of our team will be in touch for more information.
  • White Glove Service: Purchased a vehicle but do not want to visit the dealership to pick it up? Let us know and we can arrange a home delivery.

 

HOW DOES VIRTUAL PURCHASING WORK?


  • Simply select your next vehicle from our digital Showroom. Available on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at CARDINALKIA.com, you have the ability to view our entire new and used inventory from the comfort of your home.
  • If you would like to learn more about a specific vehicle, simply reach out to us and one of our expert Sales staff will provide more photos or a virtual video walk-through of the vehicle.
  • On each vehicle page on the website, you have the ability to apply for financing, add extended warranties, and find a payment that works for you. The rest of the process can be completed over the phone and through email utilizing a scan-to-computer printer. Once the virtual process is complete, a member of our team will deliver your new vehicle to your door.
